Shipping Policy

FREE UK SHIPPING

UK domestic shipping is free for orders over £50. Orders under £50 are £5.99.

International & European Orders

We deliver to all destinations worldwide with no additional duties or taxes due on delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International shipping usually arrives within 25-30 days, however, sometimes this may be longer if there are delays. Should this be the case we will keep you informed.

Returns

It is our hope that you are happy with your Ice Tank product, but we understand that in some instances you may need to return it.

Refunds exclude any shipping fees and you will need to show proof of purchase from us - items purchased from a third party stockist must be returned back to the store they were purchased from. Unfortunately we cannot accept a return on items that are in an unsellable condition so please ensure you return the item in good condition and in its original packaging.

Refunds can take 14 working days to process. If you haven't received your refund within 2 weeks, then please get in touch with us at admin@icetankadventure.com.

Ice Tank Baths and Barrels (not the chiller)

We can offer a refund on items returned in an unused condition and in the original packaging within 28 days of delivery.

Ice Tank Chiller Units

Refunds are offered in the event of a faulty or damaged item.

Ice Tank Robes

We can offer a refund on items returned in an unused condition, in the original packaging and with the tags intact, within 28 days of delivery.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We go to great lenghts to ensure only the best quality products are sent to our customers. In the rare occasion you recieve a faulty or damanaged product please contact us at admin@icetankadventure.com.

In the instance where a product is considered faulty, we will offer a replacement or refund.

In order to do this a member of our customer service team will need to verify the problem. Therefore, please ensure you note down a description of the issue and take a photograph - without this we may be unable to action a refund.

Once we've received the information from you we will work quickly to ensure the problem is sorted asap.

Pleaes note - you must contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving the product if it has been damaged during delivery, otherwise you may not be eligible to return the item.
