Whenever you face the cold it is extremely important to get dry and covered up as soon as you can so your body can start to warm up. This is where the Ice Robe comes in:

Sizing & fit:

It can be confusing trying to work out the best size for a changing robe. Ice Robes are meant to be oversized so that you can easily get them on after a cold swim.

Therefore, we suggest you choose your usual size for an oversize fit that will allow changing.

If you are looking more for a stylish look, then we suggest down sizing by one size.

We offer free UK delivery and free trackable returns.

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us but understand if you need to return your items. We can offer a refund on items returned in an unused condition within 28 days of delivery. It will need to be in its original packaging and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Are returns free?

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges as prices vary between styles and sizes. However, you may return an item for a refund using the returns slip from the original parcel and we will issue a refund so you can place a new order for the preferred item. It is your choice whether you re-order straight away or wait until you've received your refund before placing the new order.

What is the Ice Tank performance guarantee?

At Ice Tank we are proud of our products and have tested them to their limits, ensuring they meet the highest possible standard. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase we want to help. Under the Ice Tank Performance Guarantee, we will repair or refund products due to defects in workmanship and/or materials within a year of purchase.

The Ice Tank Performance Guarantee covers the original owner (with proof of purchase). Products damaged through accident, improper care or negligence, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of materials is excluded from the guarantee. Damage due to wear and tear can be repaired at a reasonable charge (at our discretion).
